We work with Patrick Morabito Architects and Greater Living Architecture. Feel free to browse their websites and pick a plan. Once you pick a plan, we will come up with a proposal which will include any custom features that you add.

Why should I buy and ENERGY STAR qualified home from Fedyk Builders?

  • To earn the ENERGY STAR, a home must meet guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC), and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them 20–30% more efficient than standard homes. By purchasing an ENERGY STAR qualified home, you can have all the features you want in your new home, plus better performance, greater comfort, and lower utility bills -- all while helping to protect the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
  • The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recognized Fedyk Builders Inc. as being 100% committed to building ENERGY STAR qualified homes (Certificate)
