We have many popular floor plans to choose from. Those plans are listed in Floor Plans section of this website. You may also find a plan on using our architects websites. We work with Patrick Morabito Architects and Greater Living Architecture. Feel free to browse their websites and pick a plan. Once you pick a plan, we will come up with a proposal which will include any custom features that you add.

To earn the ENERGY STAR, a home must meet guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
